Standard option includes 1:1s held at the Precision Poise Pilates Hut in Fishbourne, West Sussex or online.

In-home option includes mat based Pilates 1:1s held in the comfort of your own home.In home 1:1 sessions are offered for the following locations: Chichester, Emsworth, Southbourne, Nutbourne, Hambrook, Bosham, Fishbourne, Lavant, Funtington, Walderton, Westbourne. Limited availability for Itchenor, Witterings, Bracklesham. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

5x session gift voucher is valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions at the end of the expiry date will be lost.

A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all booked sessions. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice can be rearranged at no extra cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
One to one sesisions are currently running online only due to social distancing rules.

You may purchase a standard gift voucher that can be used for online sessions, as well as for sessions at the Pilates Hut once face to face sessions are able to resume.

In-home gift vouchers can be purchased for future use once in-home 1:1s are able to resume. At this time I am unable to confirm when this will be, but I continue to follow government and industry body advice closely. The voucher validity period will be paused during lockdown so that the voucher recipient can benefit from the full validity period once restrictions are sufficiently eased to permit in-home 1:1s to resume.
