Motherhood is one of life's most precious gifts. It changes our lives, and also changes our bodies. Sometimes these changes can lead us to feel disconnected from our own body - I know this was certainly the case for me when I had my little boy. My classes focus on helping you to work with your changing body through every stage, putting you back in control of your own body and helping you feel confident in your own abilities. I work with Mums of all ages, not just in those early postnatal weeks, which is why I also offer an evening Women's Wellness class called "Me Time" that many of my postnatal clients move onto once they are ready to reclaim their evenings!
I am a qualified pre and postnatal Pilates instructor, and a Pre and Postnatal Pilates Specialist™, certified by the Center for Women's Fitness. I also hold The Center Method for Diastasis Recti Recovery™ certification, and offer this as a 1:1 programme for clients with Diastasis Recti.
I am a member of the Guild of Pregnancy and Postnatal Fitness Instructors; committed to providing high standards of instruction and meeting the needs of mothers during their parenting years.
