My Postnatal Pilates classes focus on supporting the body’s restoration after childbirth, improving core function and helping you feel connected and in control of your body. There is no one-size fits all when it comes to postnatal recovery, and I aim to work with each person as an individual to help you work in a way that is most appropriate for you, your body and your goals. I do not believe the "postnatal" only applies to those early weeks and months after childbirth, nor that it is ever too late to address issues such as pelvic floor dysfunction or abdominal separation / weakness. That is why I offer evening classes open to all women, in addition to my daytime postnatal classes for new Mums. Gift vouchers are also available for 1:1s and group classes - a lovely gift for a new Mum.
