PILATES FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME
Self practice at home is a great way to supplement the work you do in class or in the private studio. It can also be ideal for those who find it tricky to get out to a studio regularly. I offer a combination of online live sessions and pre-recorded videos to help you practice in the comfort of your own home.
"Workout With Me" Online Live Sessions
Work out with me as I take you through a live Pilates session online, exploring different themes as we workout together. These classes move at a flowing pace on a "workout with me" basis and are ideally intended to supplement your face to face classes in the studio. We use 2 way video streaming, via Zoom, so I will still be keeping an eye on everyone as we workout to ensure you are moving safely. Due to the workout with me nature of these classes you are responsible for working at a level appropriate for you and applying any necessary adatations.
Workout With Me classes follow different themes, which will be detailed in the online booking system and communicated via the Poised for Pilates Facebook group, newsletter and WhatsApp group.

Sessions are available for booking on a Pay As You Go basis. The standard group class membership package also includes unlimited free access to all online sessions.

Online Video Library
A regularly updated library of pre-recorded video classes and tutorials is available to clients with a standard membership package, giving you the opportunity to practice in your own time. Ideal for those with unpredictable schedules or who would like to supplement their regular classes with some self practice in their own time.
Online workshops provide an opportunity to deepen your Pilates knowledge and apply it to specific needs. You can attend from the comfort of your own home, and will have access to a recording for 4 weeks after the workshop. Workshops can be attended on a pay as you go basis, and are included free as a benefit of all membership package.

When attending an online class or following a pre-recorded video you will need a mat for comfort and to protect the joints. You may also wish to have some small equipment available to you, such as a soft ball, head block and resistance band. I offer mats and a range of small equipment on the online shop, and will also provide suggestions in class for items around the house that you can use instead such as cushions or a rolled up towel.
