WHY BRING PILATES TO YOUR WORKPLACE?
Prolonged desk work can lead to poor posture and increased carriage of tension, which can manifest itself in the form of low back pain, neck tension and headaches. All of this can leave employees feeling tense or sluggish, and reduce overall productivity.
Pilates in the workplace offers employees time out to refresh and revitalise, whilst teaching simple techniques to help reduce tension, boost circulation and improve posture. Leading to an improved sense of wellbeing in the workplace.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
I spent years working in a high pressure office environment and experienced first hand the benefits that Pilates based exercises can have on employees' wellbeing, energy and productivity. I offer two options for workplaces:
30 minute "desk Pilates" sessions: Simple exercises that can be done seated and standing, without the need to change into exercise clothing. We focus on tension release and targeting problem areas resulting from prolonged desk work.
50 minute mat based Pilates class: A full mat based Pilates class held in your workplace exclusively for your employees.
I offer a free initial consultation meeting, during which we can discuss the packages available, answer any questions and identify a suitable space within your workplace in which the sessions will take place.

I am unable to visit workplaces to deliver these sessions online at this time. Packages are still available for online delivery, for all UK locations.
I am also running open Pilates for the Home Workplace live streamed sessions on Wednesday and Friday lunchtimes. A 20 minute chair based session focussing on releasing tension and addressing issues often associated with desk work, particularly when working from home where workspace set up can be suboptimal.

£3 per person
I also offer one off sessions for corporate events, team-building and social programmes.
Pilates in the Workplace Workshop: A single 1 hour workshop, focussing on movements to improve seated posture, release tension, improve support and strength in the body, boost circulation and aid relaxation & grounding. Held at your premises or team event location.
SOSA Dance Fitness mini-class: A great way to bring employees together fr a fun fitness class in which you get to try out authentic steps and styling from different international dance styles. This class is all about having fun and it doesn't matter if think you have two left feet or have never danced a step in your life. We dance, we laugh and we even get to shake maracas! A 40 minute session, held at your premises or team event location.
