Pilates is about learning how your body moves; paying attention to small adjustments and helping your body move well.  It is important to me as a teacher to be able to observe and guide each person according to their individual needs, which is why class sizes are kept small so that you can get the most from your practice.  I offer a range of group classes tailored to meet different needs, including classes suitable for beginners, improvers, pregnancy, and postnatal.

Group classes are all held in the lovely, light rooms of The Fishbourne Centre, located just outside Chichester. There is ample free parking on site, as well as being in walking distance of the train station and bus stops.

Classes run year round with the exception of the following planned closure periods: Public Holidays, Christmas (2 weeks), May half term (1 week), Summer (2 weeks, usually mid-late August).

All classes can be booked on a Pay As You Go basis using the online booking calendar.  Discounted rates are available for block bookings of 6 or more classes.
