About the event

This is a great, high energy SOSA Dance Fitness Saturday Special.

We will be dancing lots of fun carnival themed routines, designed to really get the blood pumping! And no carnival is complete without plenty of maracas - adding a great arm workout too!

A fun way to really work up a sweat with lots of high energy routines and a great party atmosphere!

Suitable for all fitness levels, as routines can be adapted to suit your own pace and experience level. No prior dance experience necessary.

Open to all, you don't need to be an existing Precision Poise class member to join in. Simply register your interest and come along.

£6.50 per person. Precision Poise Dance Fitness passes are valid for this event (counts as one session signed off on your pass).

This Saturday Special is subject to minimum numbers in order to go ahead. If you would like to come along please register your interest to secure your place. By registering on the website, you will receive an email confirming the event details. You will also receive a reminder email close to the event date. SOSA Dance Fitness is a fun and fabulous dance fitness class, in which you will learn authentic steps and styling from over 35 different international dance styles. SOSA routines are designed to be danced solo, so there is no need to come with a partner and no awkward partnering up in class! Classes are designed to be suitable for all fitness levels and you do not need to have any prior dance experience to join in. Classes are high energy and lots of fun - why not come with friends so you can all get fit whilst having fun!
