About the Event
Feel the burn with this bootcamp style ballet fitness workout!
Taking inspiration from ballet technique and movements, this is a high energy class designed to keep you moving and keep those muscles working.
The class will start with a brief introduction, explaining how to execute key movements in a safe and effective manner. We will then get right into the workout. You will be working hard so please be sure to bring water with you.
Suitable for all levels of ballet experience, from complete novices to regular dancers. It is recommended that you have a relatively good level of fitness, as this will be a fast paced class.
Open to all, you do not need to be a regular Precision Poise class attendee to join in. Simply register your interest and come along.
£6.50 per person. Precision Poise Dance Fitness passes are valid for this event (counts as one session signed off on your pass).
