A full body workout using ballet technique & movements to work those muscles to the max!
This Saturday Special class is designed to push you out of your comfort zone, challenging the muscles as we strengthen and tone the body.
The session begins with instruction on how to execute key movements safely and for maximum efficacy. We then work through a fast paced workout, designed to challenge the whole body especially those abs! The class finishes with some lovely stretching.
Open to adults aged 16 years+. You don't need any ballet experience to join in. Newcomers welcome.
