I offer a range of small group classes tailored to meet different needs, including classes suitable for beginners, improvers, women's wellness, pregnancy, and postnatal.
Pilates is about learning how your body moves; paying attention to small compensations and helping your body move well. It is important to me as a teacher to be able to observe and guide each person according to their individual needs, which is why class sizes are kept small so that you can get the most from your practice.
Group classes are all held in the lovely, light rooms of The Fishbourne Centre, located just outside Chichester. There is ample free parking on site, as well as being in walking distance of the train station and bus stops.
All classes can be accessed on a pay as you go basis. A range of memberships are also available offering even greater value for money with inclusive member benefits.
