Dance based exercise classes are a great way to get fit whilst having fun and learning a new skill. I am a vocationally trained former dancer and love bringing my experience and passion for dance into the fitness studio.

BalletBeFit Feel Young is a class especially for those over 65 years of age who are looking for a gentler paced class in which they can enjoy the beauty of balletic movement, whilst working on functional strength, mobility and balance.
