COVID 19 Restrictions and Scenarios
COVID rules and restrictions are continually evolving and changing. I follow government and industry advice closely and always endeavour to communicate promptly with my clients whenever there is a change that impacts on our classes and one to ones. To help you understand your options with regards to attending sessions face to face or online, I have outlined some example scenarios below.
Precision Poise classe and one to ones are all located in the Chichester borough and will follow their tier guidance that applies for Chichester. If you live within a different borough, you will also need to adhere to the guidance that applies to your borough and tier. If you are unsure whether you are able to attend face to face sessions please do get in touch and I will be happy to advise based on the current rules in place.

You / your household are self-isolating
If you develop symptoms of COVID 19, such as a fever or cough, please do not come to class for at least 10 full days after the day of onset of symptoms and until you are symptom free. If you receive a negative COVID test during this time you can return to class once you have been fever free for at least 48 hours.
If anyone in your household develops symptoms of COVID 19 please do not come to class until they have received a negative test (or for 10 full days if a test is not done)
If you are contacted by NHS Test and Trace and advised to self isolate please do not come to class until your isolation period is over.
In the scenarios above, you are welcome to book into and attend our regular online classes which are typically run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Full schedule is available in the booking system. Members can also take advantage of the members only video library online.
One to one clients will have the option to switch their booked sessions to Zoom or postpone until their isolation period is over.
Your Instructor Is Self Isolating
If for any reason I have to self isolate, all clients will be informed as soon as possible.
Group classes will automatically be changed to Zoom classes until such time that face to face teaching can resume. The normal timetable will continue to apply.
If you have a one to one booked during the isolation period you will be contacted and given the option to switch t to a Zoom session or postpone the session until I can resume face to face teaching.
In this scenario, all classes will run according to the normal timetables but will be run on Zoom until the isolation period is over.
National Lockdown / Restrictions
Precision Poise classes and one to ones are all held within the Chichester borough therefore will follow the tier restrictions and guidelines that apply to Chichester and/or nationwide restrictions.
Group Classes: In the event of national / regional lockdown or restrictions preventing indoor group exercise classes the group class timetable will move online via Zoom. The timetable will run as normal, standard booking terms and prices apply.
