Working mainly at the barre and finishing up on the mat, this class is designed to leave you feeling long, lean and strong!
I'm a classically trained former dancer turned Pilates teacher, and my classes have a strong focus on finding the right technique to get the most out of every exercise.
The class is suitable for all levels of dance experience. Some of my class members had no ballet experience at all when starting, and others dance regularly. This class is a great leveller where everyone is welcome!
Classes can be attended on a pay as you go basis, or as part of a membership package. Memberships also include access to online classes and the members only video library.
