BALLET FITNESS FUSION
This class is a full body workout that combines strength and flexibility training with the grace of ballet and control of Pilates.
We work at the barre, centre and on the mat, sometimes using small props such as resistance bands, hand weights or the Pilates soft ball.
Classes are mixed ability, catering for all levels from beginner to more experienced dancers. I have a range of ages and abilities in this class. Choreography is kept simple so that you can focus on working the muscles correctly in each movement. Bring water - you will definitely work up a sweat in this class!
